Individual Therapy

The Waverly Center offers psychotherapy for  individual adults, age 18 and over who have issues related to:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Dating relationships

  • Conflict with a partner/spouse (including individuals already in couples counseling elsewhere, or whose partner/spouse is not interested in therapy)

  • Grief or loss, including individuals dealing with the loss of a loved one to suicide

  • Self-Esteem

  • Life Transitions (Divorce, Retirement, Changing Careers, & Empty-Nesters)

  • Women's Issues

Maternal Mental Health

The Waverly Center provides psychotherapy to individual women who are faced with:

  • Infertility

  • Infant loss & grief

  • Depression and anxiety during and after pregnancy

  • The stress of a traumatic birth experience
